Job Overview:
Regal Result LLC is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow large accounts within our internet lead and call distribution platform for insurance agents. This role is focused on nurturing, developing, and expanding relationships with top clients, increasing engagement and spend while delivering white-glove service to our most valued partners. The right candidate will be a self-starter, highly skilled at relationship management, and confident in representing our company at trade shows and industry events.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted account manager and primary contact for new and existing accounts.
  • Input and maintain detailed opportunity, activity, and performance data to support pipeline management and account planning.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, call metrics, and engagement data to inform growth strategies.
  • Document outreach and engagement efforts to provide visibility into account activity and progress.
  • Maintain organized records of daily actions and strategic touchpoints for transparent reporting.
  • Recruit new business by maintaining a pipeline of active agents and winbacks.
  • Develop and execute account plans with short-term and long-term growth goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Assess and validate client needs, requirements, and goals consistently.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates, accomplishments, and challenges to leadership.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand and strengthen the program.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to 4+ trade shows and conferences annually.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and proactively complete tasks.
  • Consistent track record of hitting KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Outbound/inbound sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high-revenue accounts and generate referrals from existing clients.
  • This role may be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Sales experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance leads and pay-per-call industry.
