Job Overview:
Regal Result LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth and expand our client base. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential clients and affiliate partners across multiple verticals and traffic types. The goal is to consistently grow revenue by building lasting relationships and delivering performance-driven solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of Pay-Per-Call Affiliate Marketing experience, with strong knowledge of industry lingo, payout structures, and traffic types.
  • 1+ year of Salesforce CRM experience and proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Self-motivated multitasker with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and an understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Market and promote Regal Result LLC through social media and other online platforms.
  • Contact and vet internal leads to qualify potential partners.
  • Research, prospect, and connect with new clients and publishers.
  • Negotiate campaigns, offers, and partnership terms.
  • Pre-vet new companies within compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, monitor traffic sources, and grow existing accounts.
  • Communicate and document activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and industry conferences.
