Job Overview:
Regal Result LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and publishers. The CSR will act as the primary line of support for Client Service Managers, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction across all accounts. Core responsibilities include monitoring calls, resolving accounting issues, and managing disposition communication to keep both buyers and publishers aligned for success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Update Salesforce daily with account-specific information.
  • Monitor call tracking platforms to ensure calls are being properly monetized.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and manage accurate reporting.
  • Review and approve or deny publisher invoices, resolving any inconsistencies.
  • Confirm buyer invoice receipt and approvals.
  • Share Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, and Disposition Reports to ensure calls meet performance standards.
  • Address and resolve publisher concerns related to call performance, failures, or metrics.
  • Communicate campaign updates and changes to publishers promptly.
  • Travel domestically for industry trade shows and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in Pay-Per-Call marketing. Knowledge of Invoca, Retreaver, or Leadspedia; Ringba experience preferred.
  • Characteristics: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and excellent negotiation abilities. Must be analytical, assertive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Salesforce, and call tracking platforms.
