Job Overview:
Regal Result LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing partnerships with direct P&L responsibility. This role collaborates with engineering, product, and sales teams to optimize client experiences, increase sales and revenue, and manage the trafficking, setup, and QA of digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert on Regal Result’s strengths and capabilities while identifying opportunities to educate both internal stakeholders and external partners about our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage digital campaigns while performing technical troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and maintain quality metrics by partner.
  • Create and execute strategies to achieve P&L goals.
  • Align supply and demand within our marketplace to maximize financial performance while delivering quality products.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile campaign economics.
  • Identify risks, detect fraud, and escalate issues to key stakeholders.
  • Act as the compliance escalation point for consumer complaints.
  • Proactively analyze campaign data to identify discrepancies or optimization opportunities.
  • Manage trafficking, campaign setup, and QA.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute new growth initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot unexpected shifts in supply, sales, or client performance.
  • Complete additional duties as needed.

Requirements (Must Have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Product Engineering, or Sales.
  • 4+ years of experience in Ad Operations or as an Analyst in a digital media company, advertising agency, or related environment.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to improve processes and provide recommendations for platform enhancements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior Ad Ops experience in education, mortgage, or health campaigns.
  • Management experience leading a team of 2+ Ad Ops professionals.
